Building an enterprise analytic capability in any organization is a slow process. This process involves management of large volumes of data, tools to analyze the data, people with the skills to analyze the data and processes in place to allow these components to work together. Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) has made significant investments in data management. CRDM collects device settings from patients, sales data from our customers, device implant from implant procedures, customer / patient call data and external market information. This presentation will look at the steps CRDM is taking to build efficiencies around utilization of these data including working with legal and regulatory for approval of permissible use, analytical proof of concepts, analytic and visualization tools in use, people management and process development.
