Riverbend Commons

Rate: $43 per night for one bedroom in a two bedroom suite. Suites include bathroom and kitchenette

Riverbend Commons is a university residence hall.

Lodging must be reserved during the registration process.

Hotel Accommodations

In addition to rooms in Riverbend Commons, the conference has arranged for a block of traditional hotel rooms at the Radisson Hotel Metrodome which is walking distance to the Digital Technology Center (the conference site). The conference rates are $73 per night. Please state that you are attending the Stark Conference when you reserve your room. Reservation must be made by July 5, 2004. Airport transportation

A taxi from the airport to the university campus will cost approximately $30. Two local cab companies are Green & White Taxi (24 hr.) 651-222-2222 and Red & White Taxi (24 hr.) 612-871-1600. If you're interested, upon your arrival there is a Blue Van shuttle bus (located one level below baggage claims) that leaves every 20 minutes going to and from the Radisson. The cost is $13 one-way and $20 roundtrip. They suggest you contact them six hours prior to departure from the hotel (1-800-BLUEVAN). Reservations are not needed when headed from the airport to the hotel.
