Home | Seminars and Symposia
The DTC sponsors and cosponsors seminars and
symposia on all areas of digital technology throughout the year.
Seminars, which often are hosted weekly at the DTC, are presentations on
a specific topic by a scientist or engineer from the University of Minnesota,
other academic institutions, government, or industry. Several times a year
the DTC hosts its Science and Technology Innovators Seminar Series which
features nationally and internationally known speaker making a presentation
on a topic of broad interest.
Symposia, workshops, and conferences sponsored by the DTC usually involve a number of scientific presentations on a topic area in the digital technologies. These events often take place over a number of days.
