Jaijeet Roychowdhury (DTC and ECE
faculty member) and his graduate students Xioalue Lai and Yayun Wan
received the Best Paper Award of the 2005 Asian South Pacific Design
Automation Conference for their paper “Fast PLL Simulation Using
Nonlinear VCO Macromodels for Accurate Prediction of Jitter and
Cycle-Slipping due to Loop Non-idealities and Supply
Noise.”
