To continue to enhance relationships between Partnership Program Consortium
members and the DTC, we provide the following:
- A Residency Program that allows Consortium members to place an industrial
researcher at the DTC during the term of their membership. This can be
done at no additional cost to the member.
- The DTC will coordinate interaction for Consortium members with the
University of Minnesota Patents, Technology and Marketing (PTM) Office
regarding intellectual property items including patents, licenses, or
spin-off companies.
- The DTC is active in outside organizations critical to Minnesota's
technology leadership, i.e., Minnesota High Tech Association, Minnesota
Project Innovation, Minnesota Technology Incorporated, etc.
- As required, the DTC will provide the connection with entrepreneurial
related organizations such as the Carlson School of Management New Business
Development Enterprise, University of Minnesota Patents, Technology and
Marketing, Minnesota Project Innovation, Small Business Innovation Research
(SBIR) Program, Small Business Technology Transfer Program (STTR), etc.
