Note: you must use Internet Explorer to install printers according to the directions below. These instructions will not work on Mozilla Firefox or Netscape
To install a DTC printer on your unmanged Windows machine, you will need to do the following steps:
- Select one of the printers from the following list (new window will open)
- If you get any of the following error messages,
click OK or Yes
- Enter your dtc username and password — use the following format for the username: dtc\username, i.e. if your username is jdoe, enter it as dtc\jdoe
- Click Yes in the "Add Web Printer Connection" box
- Enter your dtc username and password — use the following format for the username: dtc\username, i.e. if your username is jdoe, enter it as dtc\jdoe
- If you get the following message, just click
continue anyway
