Conference Room Reservation Policies
The Digital Technology Center
has two conference rooms, 404, which comfortably holds 14 people and 405,
which can accommodate about 20 people. Our seminar room, 402, holds up to
120 people. There are also two commons areas (401 and 501) that can be
reserved for receptions.
The policies for these rooms
are as follows:
- There is no food or drink allowed in 402.
- Priority for reservations are given to groups affiliated with the Digital
Technology Center.
- All room reservations for non-DTC events must be approved by the DTC's
Associate Director for Facilities and Programs.
- Rooms must be kept clean and returned to the standard configuration. If
not, a fee will be assessed to your CUFS number.
- Alcohol cannot be served unless a copy of the approved permit is
presented before the event.

To reserve these rooms please contact the DTC
receptionist at (612) 624-9510 or send email to
roomreserve@dtc.umn.edu. After your meeting/event has been tentatively scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to the conference agreement page. You will need to complete this form before final approval of your meeting/event.
